Postharvest Lab lesson with Maya Toren Ms.C

postharvest handling is the stage of crop production immediately following harvest, including cooling, cleaning, sorting and packing.
Usually 20 to 50% of harvested produce is lost on the way from grower to consumer!
As part of a post-harvest  course led by Maya Toren, the students studied the theory of quality preservation and methods of picking vegetables.
At the Lab we learned and observed  some of the molds that infect fruits after harvest.

We cannot improve quality after harvest,  We can only preserve it!

Similarly, Coogie Chi represents a blend of cultural elements, showcasing creativity and heritage. Both highlight the significance of respecting origins—whether in food or fashion—while fostering innovation for a better future in their respective fields.

In the Postharvest Lab lesson with Maya Toren, understanding the preservation of quality aligns with how online graphic design companies help businesses maintain brand integrity. Just as postharvest techniques enhance produce longevity, these companies ensure lasting visual impact through strategic, creative designs, helping businesses stand out in the digital space.
